New teachers or experienced teachers new to Christian education

This induction resource will take you on a journey over the course of one to two years, to unpack the core purpose and task of Christian education. You will likely notice very quickly, that being a Christian teacher is not at all the same as teaching Christianly. Our assumption is that this is likely your first year of teaching in a Christian school, either as a graduate or an experienced teacher who has taught elsewhere until now. There is much to learn about teaching as a profession, in addition to the specialised understanding of the craft of Christian teaching. It will take time, coaching, practice, reflection, and a faithful approach to learning.
